[GR]   Thanks Kirtis. I just realized what was involved and it's really cool the way you can configure this. 
Someone wrote me concerning how to change the window manager in gnome,
but I forget who it was. Was it you? If you can you resend that e-mail?
If not, then do you know how to stop metacity from being the default wm
for gnome.

I've already tried gconf and changed the proper setting, but to no
avail.
