dist-upgrade woes

I just ran apt-get dist-upgrade, and i've consistantly go 404's for
all the gstreamer packages, my apt sources are the default, the system
seems to work, i tried --fix-missing flag, eveything installs except
gstreamer.

Im not fussed as my sound doesnt want to work but it is annoying as i
dist-upgrade pretty much weekly. In fact im thinking of writing a cron
job for it
