The fact that there isn't a mailing list for something doesn't mean that it
isn't important.  In fact, prematurely dividing up mailing lists makes
coordination more difficult, and because documentation _is_ important, we
don't want to do that.

Please use ubuntu-devel with [doc] subject lines, and if the traffic becomes
high enough that it makes sense to move to a separate list, we will gladly
create one.
