don't know if there is alien on amd but i think so... download the rpm
to your homedir, open a terminal and run:
alien <name of the rpmfile>
this generates a deb you can install then with:
sudo dpkg -i <name of the deb>
realplayer now sits in /usr/local/RealPlayer/
