Default Theme v. Community

As several people have pointed out, the developers responded with "the 
wallpaper isn't the default", which fails to address the other parts 
that make up the theme, namely GDM and the splash screen.

Apparently, this is being discussed on the devel list, so maybe we'll 
soon hear the final word.
