More locale mysteries

I think UTF8 is not supported in warty. I am running en_US.UTF-8 and
haven't seen a single problem yet but I don't mind living in
unsupported space. If you have problem with a unsupported locale I
think you can't expect the problem to be solved until hoary.
Try using en_US.UTF-8 default if you want UTF-8 (unsupported but works
fine for me) or sv_SE if you want swedish (which I belive is
supported)
