Appliance Theme (was: Re: Default Theme)

I propose an "Appliance Theme" or "Whitegoods Theme".

Clearly there is a need presented on this list for a theme that doesn't
present the computer as a warm friendly device, but instead as a toaster
with email and web browsing.

This theme would have a plain background, with subtle ubuntu branding, to
complement ones kitchen or living room post Queer Eye.
