I would recommend dropping the controversial images from the default install
altogether. No sense in creating any reason for corporations or offices to
frown upon the distribution as being "unprofessional". They could always be
explicitly downloaded if a user wanted them. Perhaps they could be offered as
a "theme pack", along with some other pre-packaged and cleanly integrated
ones as well.
