Unofficial Ubuntu Faq?

I'm not going to comment on the pro's and con's of "splitting" the 
support base between the official and unofficial channels.

However, I do think that whilst the mailing list and wiki are valuable 
resources, a "traditional" forum is more familiar and comfortable to use 
for newbies.

Whether this should be an official forum, the unofficial one, or both, I 
will not comment on.
