should i do a bugreport for this?
I tired to patch the kernel-source with the patch from alan,
i got some errors while patching and when i try to compile the patched 
kernel also.
Its hard to compile everytime a new version comes out my own kernel,
only for a piece hardware. this makes not much sense for me.
