We're shipping xpdf (the code on which gpdf is based) because gpdf does
not render as many documents as reliably as xpdf, due to font rendering
issues. I have little doubt that we'll ship gpdf in Hoary.

Thunderbird is in supported, and we already ship a lot of useful CLI
tools (such as mutt, w3m, etc).
