nvidia driver for AMD64 distro

Precompiled packages for the amd64 build of these drivers were just recently
added to the archive.  Just run this command:

sudo aptitude install linux-amd64-generic

to get them.  If you've installed a different kernel since you installed the
system, use the corresponding package (linux-amd64-k8, linux-amd64-k8-smp,
linux-amd64-xeon).  Then follow the instructions in the wiki:
