i just started to write up something like a support howto, there were
plenty of discussions about how to answer to newbies that arent used to
commandlines, not to use html, not to start new threads in other threads
and so on. my plan for the weekend was to dig through the listarchive
and summarize up a proposal for a wiki page. expect some noise from my
side until sunday (just finished a exhausting 6mon project at the
company, have to relax a day). 

it would be nice if we could have something to point to before the
release.
