Gedit is the only clean gnome application in that list. Which is one
of the problems.
It would be great of OOo and Firefox would be too.
Anyway, in gnome-apps it seams to be simple, just fo "Configure" and
there you can set it. I haven't tried this.
Another option that should work in ALL applications is:
Go to the cups manager, add another printer that points to the same
one, change the settings for that printer. Now you just need to
select the right printer in all apps.
