problems left for me

this happens with any extension i try to install. looking through the
javascript in usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/components/nsExtensionManager.js
it seems that the extension doesnt contain a manifest file and firefox
tries to copy the default manifest, but doesnt find it. Do you know
some extensions that should work for sure?
