Install choking after country selection

Nope, stops in exactly the same place :( I'm nothing close to a Linux 
expert, but surely there should be a cdrom device or something in /dev 
seeing as it's a CD install?

Is there a boot option I can try or anything? What exactly is supposed 
to be happening where it's stalling?
