Subversion update to version 1.08 or 1.1.0?

Subversion's compatibility rules are such that I wouldn't expect mixing
even 1.0 and 1.1 to be a problem, although you won't get some of the new
features in 1.1 unless both client and server are 1.1. Mixing 1.0.x
releases should be fine.

Note that we do already have the security fix from 1.0.8 in Warty.
