Updated synaptic package available, please help testing

You will have to update your install with packages from the net. Sorry
for this. 

Try to upgrade your system from within synaptic or just do: 
"sudo apt-get update ; sudo apt-get install libxml2" 
to get the new libxml2 libraries and and install the new synaptic
after this.
