Mounting my 2nd drive

Gents,  I have two hard drives, one for ubuntu and one split into two
partitions.  /dev/hdc1 & /dev/hdc5    Although I have created two mount
points in /dev  eg  /mnt/Music  & /mnt/Data edited fstab I still cannot
access these partions?   Any ideas
