Taskbar issue ?

Alright... hmm, this is a fresh installation from the ISO image 
(obtained via the bittorrent link on Ubuntu's website).
I wonder if installing the latest version will solve this problem.. I 
think I'll try to install Ubuntu using the mini.iso, which I think will 
then fetch the latest packages from Ubuntu's website.
