apt sources

As I understand it, the tree is frozen now whilst bugs are squashed
ready for the release of Warty. Once that is out of the way
(20thOctober i think it was last time i looked), the tree for Hoary
will be opened up and you can submit to that for inclusion in that
release wich will be released around April time. ( of course you are
free to start using it from the tree as soon as it is opened if you
wish).
