Missing /dev/dsp devices in the udev files system.

I am missing /dev/dsp devices for my two bt878 tv tuner cards. I
need /dev/dsp1 and /dev/dsp2 to get the raw audio for MythTV.
It was working with with a Warty prerelease but when I apt-get dist-
upgraded the /dev/dsp1 and /dev/dsp2 devices dissapeared.
This probably has something to do with the introduction of the udev
filesystem, but I can find no information on how to configure the
btaudio module to create the devices in the udev file system - maybe
they should not even be called /dev/dsp anymor?
To verify this problem I have tried to do a barebone install of the
Warty prerelease (or release
candidate), and before doing apt-get dist-upgrade I had /dev/dsp1 and
/dev/dsp2 and /dev/dsp3. After the upgrade I only have /dev/dsp which is
the sound card.
All ideas on how to configure this is welcome.
