It's part of a sound server that that app is looking for (that's
supposed to be running on your machine, 127.0.0.1 is localhost is your
own computer... 127.0.0.1:xxxxx (port number... :80 is HTTP for e.g.)
is how a lot of services function on your computer, e.g. CUPS
