I downloaded the Release iso of Warty and went to install it and now the
cd wont work damnit :( haha I opened up the computer to change the
jumpers and it looks like there arent any ??? is that normal or am I
not looking in the right spot. I had the same trouble with mandrake but
changing setting in the BIOS enabled me to install it with out any
hassle but the same settings dont work with ubuntu so I dont know what
else to do. On my searches I found this bug not too sure if its the same
problem as the one posted but it sounds like it
(https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1399 )
any ideas?
cheers
Wayne
thanks
