OK OK lets everybody cool down. Pulses are high right now. This has
mostly been one big misunderstanding. I think that since the initial
concern was brought up, every reply since then has been way too heated.
I'm not placing blame on anyone, I'm not explicitly taking any side. I
see both sides of the story. We all just need to cool down. The one
thing that I don't see is, this... Shango said "Your effort to silence
me is a reflection of your grasp of what it means to be "in Christ.""
And while the one person Shango was replying to very well could have
been offended by this, it was NOT an insult to all Christians, it was a
criticism of HIS interpretation of "in Christ." Not everyone's. I am not
making any judgements on this statement, I'm simply pointing out that
nobody has criticized Christianity, only one person's interpretation of
it. Do I understand why Shango brought that up? No. But do I understand
why Mr. Williamson got so upset over Shango's suggestion? No. Shango
brought up a concern, and any user has the right to do so. David
Williamson's reply was very abrasive, and in turn, Shango's reply to him
was very abrasive. Let's just end it here. Shango has made a concern
known to Lu, and nobody got hurt, so lets just all be cool, ok?
