GUI server tools?

Webmin is a server side GUI for changing anything on your computer. It
has a usermin for specific areas as well. I have used it for two years
to do admin types of things long distance from my windows desktop under
https (openssl) to my server running under dsl connectivity. Works
great. Only fault -- while it is in the lamppp model, it avails itself
of a java file manager for read, write, modify, etc. This is a very
mature product distroed under the nice BSD licenses, which says you can
do anything you want to the code. I believe redhat is using it for
their admin stuff, and like red hat always does, they fail to give
credit where credit is due. In fact, they have been caught stealing BSD
code and GPLing it.
