This type of problem should be reported in Bugzilla; select the "Websites"
product and the "Bugzilla" component.

It's difficult to say what could be wrong without more detail.  What exactly
do you mean by "mangled"?  When you are able to file the bug, attach the
hosts file before and after to show what changed.
