Google is your friend here...

http://www.linux.org/groups/ carries a big list of lugs, sorted into 
country groups.

As usual, it would be worth digging a bit more as well;  I checked out the 
listings and
one of my local groups is listed but not the other.

PS  The UK based may find http://www.lug.org.uk/ more comprehensive and up 
to date.  Doubtless
other countries have an equivalent.
