2d user added, no sound (useradd or adduser ?)

Works, thanks. I now have sound with Rythmbox and other media players ;
but still no esd (and sounds for Gnome events).
ps -aux |grep
returns nothing (except grep esd). "Launch sound server" and "Activate
sound events" are activated... I have to add another line to launch esd
I guess with this user. Where ?
Do you think I should report a bug for this ?
