evolution mail export

My rekomendation is, 
use IMAP, that way you can access the mail from whatever,

The other option, if you don't use imap. Grab the mbox file from
~/.evolution/..... (where it is depends on what mailbox you
want/have), put it somewhere that windows can access it, run a
mail-client that can read mbox-files...
