It seems that 'update-desktop-database' is called and (at least) one of
the *.desktop scripts in /usr/share/applications' is buggy.

On my installation it's scribus, you can see it if you run
'update-desktop-database' manually.

AFAIK only the MIME database is out of sync if you have this error, so
Gnome doesn't know which files scribus can open, or something like
that.
