You should know that there aren't going to be a lot of organized talks
-- at least a lot less than at many conferences you will have
attended.
It's going to be a lot more like a two week long dev camp with lots of
meetings and discussions to take advantage of the face-to-face time to
discuss important or difficult issues both technical and
non-technical. If that sounds like something you would be interested
in, you should consider coming. :)
