New MIME system, and lack of "Run in terminal" option

Hi,

Problem confirmed here. That's a nautilus issue but I don't know if
there is an easy way to fix it. GNOME is a graphical environment, adding
a "show terminal" option here only to support consoles app would
probably not be a good idea ...
