Disabling IPv6

The main reason for me was that name resolution took way too long in Firefox, Evolution and gftp to the point that it would often timeout.

I tried various things, including using different DNS servers, but nothing worked until I disabled IPv6.

After disabling IPv6, my name resolution was working as expected.

I know that this does not provide technical detail, but let me know what you want, and I can revert my config for testing.
