No, mostly due to the fact that it'll be there anyway (for GNOME), and
that it is fairly nicely split up into stuff we can distribute and stuff
we can't. Xine is not.

I'd suggest installing totem-xine anyway. You'll also need libdvdcss,
more info on the RestrictedFormats wiki page.
