Setting up scim-dev-doc (0.9.7-1ubuntu1) ...
cannot create dhelp file '/usr/share/doc/scim-doc/html/.dhelp': No such
file or directory

Once I linked scim-dev-doc to scim-doc, the package installed correctly.
