Need help with Mplayer

I have also found the "libsmooth.so"  in the 
“/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.4.0/engines” directory.
I removed the .gtkrc-1.2-gnome2 file from my home directory an started 
gmplayer;  this time i got the following output;

But nothing appears on the screen.
