1.- xorg means you have made an upgrade from xfree to xorg with drivers 
installed?
2.- wich kernel?
3.- glx is the "userland" part of nvidia driver, see if exists 
/usr/[X11R6|Xorg]/lib/modules/extensions/libglx.so.XXXX <-- version of 
driver

i wolud try reinstalling the officials drivers
