I also have a four port KVM. One of the manual ones. I'm running two
computers on it right now but I had three connected for a couple of
years. I've found that the mouse doesn't like being switched directly
from one computer to another. So what I do is switch to a blank
position and then switch to the computer I want to use. That usually
keeps the mouse from locking up or acting funny.
Doesn't seem to matter what OS is being used. Happens to Linux (Fedora,
Slackware or Ubuntu) as well as Win98 and Win2000.
You KVM is full but you could try disconnecting one computer temporarily
to see if that makes a difference.
