Mounting a SCSI CD writer ?

Tried with yet another CD burning app. I installed Eroaster from
Synaptic. When I try to burn a data CD, it returns many errors.
Evolution just keep crashing when I try to copy/paste the text, so I
attached it as text file.

Amongst the lines that worry me, is the one "device or resource busy,
cannont open scsi driver".

And also, it talks about ATAPI stuff, I thought this was IDE related,
not SCSI related. I am confused...
