How to report feature requests ?

I'm all for it.  I have already done so for most messages I posted
that applied only to Hoary.  We can't always be sure its a Hoary issue
though, and sometimes people may not use the Hoary tag even when they
should.  I am not sure why you think Hoary is so unofficial though? 
Information about it is all over the site for users to find.  Is
Debian Sarge any less "official" than Woody?  I just don't think its
that big of a deal to ignore a thread if it deals with Hoary and you
are using Warty.  I agree that a [Hoary] in the subject line or
something similar would make this easier for the Warty users.  I will
make a personal effort to include such an indicator in any messages I
post which deal only with Hoary.  Just don't dismiss us Hoary users. 
We need support too (more in fact, as we have to face breakages all
the time :)  Anyway, I am tired and I don't think this email made much
sense.  Hope it was enough to get the ideas in my addled mind across.
