two modules prism2_usb (kernel vs. linux-wlan-ng)??

Yeah that part I know.. the part I'm having issue's with is that I
can't figure out how to stop Ubuntu from loading the modules it thinks
it should be using for the wireless..
Because while they're loaded I can't load the wlan-ng drivers :-/
