Which Nvidia driver to install?

Oliver you are fast with the wiki! :-)

It's good to know about possible problems with upgrading the kernel when
using the Nvidia binary driver - I think because I'm a basic user it's
better to avoid causing conflicts. I'll be better install the driver
tomorrow and go to sleep now :-O (yawning :-)
