Not if you use css ;-)

}

Using good css (hopefully the people entering the webdesign in the new
year will think about this) can make _one_ page hide/show different
sections easily, look completely different on screen, paper and
braille-terminal, make users choose their preferred style for a page.
And best of all, it only requires a rewrite of the css to completely
change the layout of a document.
