Using oggenc

I just tried it, and it works fine for me.

mizar:[/space/tmp/mdz/tmp] oggenc Air.flac
Opening with flac module: FLAC file reader
Encoding "Air.flac" to
         "Air.ogg"
at quality 3.00
        [  0.7%] [ 5m07s remaining] -
[...etc...]
