public key for ftp.tux.org

I've been getting this during my synaptic updates:

W: GPG error: http://ftp.tux.org testing Release: The following
signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available:
NO_PUBKEY BB5E459A529B8BDA

So I ran this:
$ gpg --batch --keyserver http://pgpkeys.mit.edu:11371/ \
--recv-keys BB5E459A529B8BDA

That imported the key to my user account's gpg keyring. I also copied
pubring.gpg to ~root/.gnupg/. I'm still seeing the message.

Is there somewhere else I need to put that public key to make the
messages go away?
