I've tried

  # sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_window_scaling=0
  # sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_timestamps=0
  # sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_sack=0

but that doesn't seem to help.

Does that mean that the problem is not a TCP Window Scaling problem?
