Whartyi386 - Any luck with Optiplex GX280?

Lucky!

I got the same pb with an optiplex gx280.

But it freeze before installation complete! I cannot even try an Hoary
update to see if  a newer kernel would be a solution.

I got a "jacknife USB screen" with the optiplex (means 5 or 6 usb ports
with an hub to have only a single usb wire from the screen to the
computer)! I'm pretty sure it's part of the pb! Even if I deplug it,
doesn't work!

Keyobard and mouse are also USB.
And no more PS/2 to try that out!
