When I "apt-setup" for "ftp" the console hangs

Thank you for your answer!
I tried to put in a line with an ftp-server (public) but it is still the
same. I post you below my /etc/apt/sources.list maybe you can see
anything wrong.
By the way, is it normal, that my internet-connection drops out after a
few minutes with no traffic on it? I've got DLS (flat-rate), so I'm not
worried about being in there too long.
