The python package that depends on the default version of python.
Recently this has changed from 2.3 to 2.4. See

apt-cache show python

for details.

gdesklets will have to be rebuilt using python 2.4 (but it seems there
are problems with using python 2.4) or it should depend on python2.3
instead of depending on the default python version.
